Crosstown 3 will be the third phase of Aspen Ridge’s Crosstown Condos community. Rising to a height of 34 storeys and housing 379 condominium units, these new condos at 844 Don Mills Road will feature a wide array of luxury amenities. In addition, residents will have access to a new five-acre park being built as part of the project, as well as a new community centre.
