Ozenc defines personal success as being able to meet and exceed the expectations of his clients. His past experience as a history teacher and his travels around the globe provided him the essentials of patience and compassion for diversity and he is well known in the community for being the person who has helped newcomers by guiding them and helping them overcome the transition to their new home in Canada. This lead him to naturally moving into a career within real estate.
